At DeutschlandGenics, we strive to provide high-quality consultancy and document services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation of Services

• You can request a cancellation of services before the processing or delivery of documents begins.
• To cancel a service, please contact us at deutschlandgenics@gmail.com with your order details.

Refunds

• Refunds are available only for services that have not been processed or delivered.
• Once a service is delivered (e.g., documents prepared or emailed), no refund will be provided.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

• Customized documents (SOP, LOR, CV, Visa SOP, Cover Letter) once finalized and delivered.
• Consultation sessions that have been conducted.

Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, such as Razorpay or bank transfer.
